About

I am a freelance science writer with a deep interest in science history, oddball creatures, fossilized remains, and medical advances. My passion lies in weaving stories about new science and old history, bringing to life the intersections where these fields meet, alongside medicine and art.

I regularly contribute to Advanced Science News, Cancer Health, and Hep. My work has also appeared in The Scientist, The Wire, GiddyHakai Magazine, and National Geographic Traveller India—among other outlets.

With a master’s degree in Science Journalism from Boston University and another in Biotechnology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, I am almost always on the road, exploring new countries and caffeine in all its forms.

I love teaming up with editors and organizations, whether they’re in media or academia, to tell stories of complex science in a way that everyone can grasp.

Have a story you’d like me to write? Drop me a line!
